The serial number / IMEI can be found in the settings section of your device (Settings – General / About this device) or on the external surfaces of some devices (cover, sim tray, etc.)
All Breezy devices come with up to a 24-month warranty. You can easily apply for a warranty claim if your device experiences any issues during the warranty period.
How to apply for a warranty claim

What is not covered?

Oxidation or liquid damage

Accidental damage (e.g., drops, impacts, or external forces)

Unauthorized repairs or modifications – If any component has been altered by the buyer or an unauthorized third party

Misuse or improper handling – Including neglect, faulty installation, improper maintenance, or incorrect voltage supply

Loss exceeding the product’s original or replacement value (whichever is lower)

Interference or alterations – Including damage caused by firmware flashing, BIOS flashing, or interference from other electronic devices
– Fault diagnosis is completed within one business day after device delivery. – On average, repairs take three days, but in rare cases, it may take up to seven days.
Can I get a refund for my device?
– If the diagnosis confirms a warranty-covered malfunction, the device will be repaired. – The service center cannot issue refunds—refund requests must be resolved directly with the seller.
Do I need the original box and accessories for repair?
– No, you only need the packaging box for secure logistic.
What documents are required for repair?
– You need a warranty card or receipt.
What if there’s no service center in my city?
– If a Breezy service center is unavailable in your area, you can send your device via courier for repair.
