What you’ll be doing:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the grading center, repairs, logistics, and warehouse (planning, organization, control, motivation);
• Training the team and ensuring quality control;
• Ensuring compliance with technological regimes at all stages of device processing, regulatory deadlines for evaluation and release of devices, and transfer to the finished goods warehouse and other processes;
• Organizing the efficient operation of the warehouse. Storage, distribution, and acceptance of goods. Keeping documents in order.
• Managing the stock of consumables—monitoring the remaining quantities of consumables (kits, chargers, boxes) and placing orders with suppliers;
• Organising interaction with related departments: commerce, finance, sales departments;
• Accounting and control of movement (receipt, movement of goods, documentary support, etc.);
• Optimisation of processes in assigned departments with the aim of reducing costs.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 2+ years of management experience in manufacturing, service departments, service centers, or logistics;
• Experience in building new manufacturing/service workshops. From equipment procurement to technical process development;
• Knowledge of key manufacturing metrics for efficiency and production costs.
