What you’ll be doing:
- Adapt the company’s strategy to the specific conditions of the country;
- Be responsible for achieving target metrics (trade-in share in partner networks, revenue, gross profit, inventory turnover);
- Manage sales (meeting targets, establishing business processes, employee motivation, KPIs, record-keeping, and workflow automation);
- Be responsible for the development and operational functioning of trade-in processes within the country;
- Be responsible for the development of new product categories and sales channels, including identifying new growth opportunities, analyzing market conditions, and identifying the most effective and promising areas for development;
- Monitor and analyze financial indicators to inform management decisions and support strategic and operational management;
- Be responsible for the effectiveness, development, control, and optimization of business processes that impact results (processes involving interactions with partners, suppliers, customers, and sales departments);
- Build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with partners and customers;
- Develop commercial proposals and conduct negotiations and presentations;
- Build a professional team and develop employees;
- Administrative management of the company.
We’re a great match if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial, Category, or Operations Director in the consumer electronics sector;
- Experience in Trade-in or refurbished electronics (a strong advantage);
- Experience working with private label products (STM) is a plus.
