Warranty policy

General provisions

This warranty statement is valid from the date of sale of your used device(s) until the expiration of the device warranty period.

The warranty period is 2 (two) years, calculated in months unless a different period is established by the legislation of the country of sale for used devices. The beginning of the warranty period is the date of purchase of the device by the end consumer.

After the expiration of the warranty period, the product is repaired on a general basis, which is separately negotiated and paid for by the Consumer.

Statements about the quality of accessories are not grounds for terminating the sales contract and returning the main product. If the quality of the supplied accessories is unsatisfactory, they will be replaced or repaired.

By purchasing a used device(s), the Consumer voluntarily accepts and agrees to these warranty provisions.

The Manufacturer reserves the right to change the terms of warranty service without informing the Consumer about it.

The service life (operation) of the device is 2 (two) years from the date of purchase in a retail store by the end buyer.

Covered by the warranty

The warranty covers the elimination of malfunctions and failures in the operation of the device that may appear during operation of the device, were not caused by the consumer himself and are not listed in the paragraph “DOES NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY”.

Does not covered by the warranty

  • For any software installed on the device, even if it was included in the package.
  • For consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings, that wear off over time.
  • To reduce battery capacity, except for complete inoperability during the warranty period.
  • For cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents, chips, cracks and damage to the port area.
  • For damage caused by the use of components, products, accessories.
  • For damage caused by accident, misuse, misuse of the device, fire, earthquake or other external factors.
  • For electrothermal damage. For damage caused by power surges and overloads.
  • For damage caused to other equipment operating in conjunction with this product.
  • The compatibility of this product with third party products and software in terms of compatibility and system configuration.
  • For damage to the device and/or its components caused by the ingress of liquid, moisture, foreign objects, insects, or animals.
  • For damage due to normal wear and tear or aging.
  • In cases where the serial number and/or name has been removed or damaged. Except in cases where its use is not intended as such.
  • Damage resulting from service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by someone other than a company representative or authorized service center Breezy.

Consumer responsibilities

When purchasing a product, it is the responsibility of the Consumer to become familiar with the warranty and safety provisions.

If your device allows you to store software, data or other information, you should periodically create backup copies of the information contained on the device storage media to protect their contents and protect against possible operational failures.

Do not attempt to open, disassemble, or remove protective covers from the device. Opening the device or removing protective covers may result in damage not covered by this Warranty. Service on your device should only be performed by a company representative or an authorized service center Breezy.

Upon receipt of the product, the Consumer is obliged to check the completeness of the product and make sure that the description of defects (mechanical or other) corresponds; after transfer of the product to the Consumer, claims for these types of defects and (or) completeness of the product will not be accepted.

Before sending a device for repair

  1. Create a backup.
  2. If your device is paired with a watch, bracelet or other accessory, unpair the pair.
  3. Disable device search features.
  4. Log out of your accounts.
    • For iOS – iCloud, App Store, iTunes Store
    • For Android – Google and others
  5. Disable screen lock/settings password
  6. Reset the device, deleting your data and settings.

IMPORTANT!

During maintenance, all data may be deleted from the device.

The service center, seller, manufacturer, Breezy company is not responsible for the loss of user data or its damage.

Delivery methods

  1. Contact the seller.
  2. Contact the Breezy service center, if it available in your country.
  3. Send by mail to the Breezy. Available only in and within the EU (European Union).

Responsibilities of the Breezy manufacturer and/or seller

If, during the product’s warranty period, you send a claim to Breezy and/or to retailer under the terms of the warranty, Breezy, in sole discretion can:

  1. Repair the device. New, used or similar parts and components may be used during repairs.
  2. Replace the device with the same one or, with the client’s consent, with a similar one available from the manufacturer Breezy or seller. A similar product will be a used device of the same brand as that purchased by the consumer, including one with a defect(s) in it and corresponding to the grade of the device being replaced.
  3. Refund spent money when the device is returned.

In cases of replacement or refund, the replaced or returned device becomes the property of Breezy.

The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair but does not include delivery time to and from the repair.

The warranty repair period is up to 14 days from the date of delivery of the device to the service center. If the service center does not have spare parts in stock, the warranty period for repairs can be up to 30 days.
