Warehouse Keeper

Main responsibilities:

• Receive goods, including unloading deliveries from trucks
• Plan warehouse space and product layout for optimal use
• Organize goods in the warehouse, including lifting and moving boxes
• Label boxes and mark products
• Prepare customer orders
• Verify that outgoing shipments match invoices
• Pack, label, and address shipments according to procedures
• Load orders into delivery vehicles
• Operate warehouse equipment, including manual trolleys (forklift license is a plus)
• Monitor stock levels, report damage, and remove unusable items
• Conduct regular inventory checks
• Collaborate with departments such as Sales, Logistics, and Supply Chain
• Support team members with daily warehouse tasks and logistics

Candidate profile:

• Ability to multitask effectively
• Strong communication skills and empathy
• CRM system experience
• UDT (Office of Technical Inspection) certification preferred
• Understanding of online order logistics
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
