Orange strives to provide its customers with the best service and offers for upgrading devices, to ensure they can appreciate all the advantages of our high-speed mobile connection. The new platform for used device trade-in, launched in partnership with Breezy, makes electronics even more accessible, with more value for our customers and the environment. The entire process takes a few minutes. And customers can now get an instant discount for used devices both in Orange salons and right from their home.

How it works

Log in to an Orange account

Orange customers can initiate the process via their online account. Those not yet registered can complete the trade-in at any Orange store.

Device assessment

Device valuation proceeds on the trade-in widget. Using AI-powered photo analysis, the tool offers an accurate assessment based on model and condition—with no need to leave your home.

Apply voucher

Upon accepting the offer and signing via SMS, customers receive a voucher via email. It’s valid for 60 days and can be used toward new devices or accessories.

Send the device

Drop off the device at any Orange store or arrange free courier collection—shipping costs are covered by Breezy.

What happens to traded-in tech

All devices are professionally refurbished by Breezy and re-enter the market. Unrestorable devices undergo safe recycling—making this program both convenient and environmentally beneficial.

We are grateful to Orange Poland for the trust in organizing several stages of their Re program aimed at supporting the preservation of the environment: the in-store trade-in service, an innovative online trade-in portal and a recycling program for old equipment that cannot be restored.
