Forbes has recognized Breezy as a niche champion of e-commerce

According to the feature, niche champions like Breezy stand out as horizontal e-commerce players, dominating their markets with a substantial lead over competitors. Their specialized focus enables precise targeting of audiences, bespoke offerings, and establishing highly efficient business processes. Forbes identified four Ukrainian niche e-commerce leaders, with Breezy proudly among them.

“In 2020, recognizing a gap in the market demand for high-quality used equipment, we founded Breezy,” said co-founder and CEO Andrii Kosar.

2. A competitive advantage is a key to niche dominance.

Breezy created a vast affiliate network to establish the sale of used gadgets. Today, over 45 partners offer the Trade-In service: Comfy, Rozetka, Foxtrot, iSpace, Samsung, and other industry giants. Breezy checks used equipment across 55 parameters. The next stage is the restoration of equipment. The company has three production facilities in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Poland.

3. Operational efficiency is the key to success.

Co-founder Ruslan Tomaschuk emphasizes the company's investments in automation, unique ERP systems, and robotics to reduce refurbishment costs.

4. Companies that strive to maintain leadership do not stay online only.

Last year saw the launch of two brick-and-mortar store formats—Breezy! iSland and Breezy! Experience Store. These initiatives are being tested and slated for expansion across Ukraine, Kazakhstan, and Georgia.
