Breezy Warranty Terms & Conditions
Breezy Warranty Terms & Conditions
- The provisions of this warranty agreement (“Warranty Terms”) for used products (“Products”) shall govern the relationship between the Seller, Service Centre and Customer, and shall be effective from the Product sale date until the expiration of the warranty period as established.
- Upon receipt, the Customer shall read, understand and accept these Warranty Terms, in default, any warranty obligations shall be null and void.
- The Warranty Terms shall apply to the product which quality (used product) is specified in the warranty card.
- The warranty period for each Product shall be established individually, counting in months from the date indicated in the warranty card. Upon the warranty period expiration, the Product shall be subject to general repair policy to be negotiated with the Customer, and any repairs shall be payable by the Customer.
- Upon receipt, the Customer shall check the Product package contents and make sure that any defects (mechanical or otherwise) are properly specified; when accepted, no Customer claims related to specified defects and/or missing components shall be recognized.
- The warranty repair period shall not exceed 14 days following the date of contact or Product handover to the Service Centre. Should no Product-specific spare parts be available on stock with the Service Centre, the warranty repair period may extend up to 30 days.
- Should the Product be found irreparable when troubleshooted, a similar replacement product shall be provided. Should no similar product is available on stock with the Service Centre, the Customer shall be issued a Warranty Defect Inspection Report. A similar product means a used high-tech home device of the same brand as purchased by the Customer, including any product with drawbacks.
Off-quality accessories shall not serve a valid reason for the sale contract termination and return of the original Product. Any off-quality accessories that form part of the product package shall be replaced or repaired.
The Customer shall disable all security features (screen lock, locator functions, interconnect function, etc.); in default, no warranty service shall be feasible.
As part of the warranty service, the Product hard drive may need to be formatted; the Service Centre shall not be liable for loss or disruption of user data.
The Warranty Terms shall be null and void where:
- The Product serial number as indicated in the warranty card fails to match the Product-engraved serial number and/or missing, except where no serial number is provided by the manufacturer;
- The product and/or its components have been repaired by unauthorized persons;
- The Product damage and/or failure is caused by Customer’s incorrect actions;
- The Product and/or its components are damaged by the ingress of foreign bodies, foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects and/or animals, as well as thermal or electrical impact caused by voltage drops.
The Warranty shall not cover:
- any battery capacity decline (the Warranty Terms shall apply in case of complete battery failure only);
- all types of software, either pre-installed or installed otherwise;
- any damage caused to other equipment interacting with this Product;
- any damage caused by non-compliance with the standard parameters of power, telecommunication, cable networks and other similar external factors;
- any damage caused by contact voltage with unforeseen values and/or polarity;
- any damage caused by the use of unusual or irregular materials and spare parts;
- compatibility with third party products and software products as related to compatibility functions and system configuration.
No refund and/or replacement shall be made for any Product of different quality as compared to that on sale.
The Manufacturer and/or Seller and/or Service Centre reserves the right to change the warranty terms and conditions at its sole discretion with no special notice to be given to the Customer.
