Today marks three years since the inception of our thrilling journey. It feels like just yesterday when we inaugurated the Breezy company. Three incredible years that taught us a lot, made us realize a lot, and achieved a lot!

• 370,000 monthly traffic to our websites on the Internet
• 8 stores and 4 E-comms
• More than 2000 m2 of own production space
• Breezy proudly participates in leading industry exhibitions such as IFA Berlin, MWC Barcelona, GITEX Global, WebSummit, ITC Malta, etc.

What propelled this success?

We had a dream. The dream is to give gadgets a second chance at life. To ensure that tech fans don’t have to compromise between their love for innovation and preserving nature. The dream is to remind everyone that our world isn’t disposable. And this dream continues to drive each of our 150 professionals across 7 countries to push the boundaries of what’s possible, one gadget at a time.

But our journey wasn’t solely built on a dream. We firmly believe that you can get much further with a great idea and a performing business model than you can with an idea alone – paraphrasing the famous quote about kind words and guns. So, we’ve crafted a model that benefits everyone involved: customers, retailers, and the planet.

And it worked. During three years:

• Our Trade-In assisted the 40 largest retailers in selling an additional 120,000 gadgets across their 3,500 stores, resulting in a sales boost of approximately $90 million.
• 4 million Trade-In evaluations occur on partners’ sites
• End users benefited $20 million.
• We gave new life to 160,000 phones, helping to cut CO2 equivalent emissions by 12,640 tons, positively impacting the planet.

Over three years, we’ve emerged as a frontrunner in the Trade-In industry across Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and Georgia. We’ve inaugurated a cutting-edge production facility, paving the way for us to global leadership.

Undoubtedly, rapid growth comes with its own set of challenges. However, these are the hurdles we conquer to collaborate with leaders, aspire to leadership, and support those who are ready to put in the effort to become leaders.

This success is the merit of each of Breezy team member. It belongs to those for whom leadership, synergy, customer-centricity, professionalism, and responsibility are personal values. Few people realize the amount of effort they put in daily. Even if they did, they might find it hard to believe. Only superheroes can handle what they do, even without capes.
