What you’ll be doing:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive the growth of assigned categories across CEE, the EU, Central Asia, and the Caucasus. This role combines product management, business development, sales leadership, and strategic market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from sourcing and procurement to sales growth and market development.
- Launch and develop assigned categories across CEE, EU, Central Asia, and the Caucasus markets.
- Develop and execute the category growth strategy, ensuring achievement of sales targets, profitability, and market share objectives.
- Identify and develop new sales channels, partnerships, and business opportunities.
- Manage the complete product lifecycle, including procurement, inventory management, pricing, sales, and product performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
- Conduct negotiations with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Define pricing strategy and promotional activities to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare business cases, market analyses, forecasts, and development plans for the category.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure successful category performance.
- Participate in procurement planning based on market demand, sales forecasts, and inventory requirements.
- Drive category expansion into new markets and customer segments.
- Build and develop a high-performing team as the business grows.
We’re a great match if you have:
- 3–5 years of experience in product management, category management, business development, or sales within Consumer Electronics or related industries.
- Proven experience launching new products, brands, or categories to market.
- Strong experience in sales development and market expansion.
- Experience managing product categories, including procurement, inventory, pricing, and sales performance.
- Demonstrated success in achieving revenue, margin, and growth targets.
- Strong network of business contacts within the Consumer Electronics, Retail, Distribution, or Vendor ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of negotiations with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience working across multiple international markets is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
- Other languages are plus.
