Training

The new program details required the training of chains' staff. Breezy contributed a lot to this. As of January 2023, 2.5 thousand people have been trained with a satisfaction level of 9.7 points out of 10. Due to staff engagement, trust in the Trade-In service has grown more than 3 times and reached 98%.
