What you’ll be doing:

• Development and implementation of the company’s commercial strategy.
• Development and implementation of pricing, product assortment, and promotional strategies.
• Managing relationships with key partners, suppliers, and customers.
• Ensuring the fulfillment of sales plans, achievement of KPIs, and the company’s business goals.
• Analyzing the market and competitive environment and identifying new opportunities for business growth.
• Monitoring financial metrics, profitability, ROI, and operational efficiency.
• Coordinating collaboration between the sales, marketing, finance, and operations departments.
• Managing and developing the sales team, fostering a culture of accountability for results.
• Preparing forecasts, budgets, and regular reports on performance results.

We’re a great match if you have:

• At least 5 years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles.
• Proven track record of developing and executing commercial strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing sales, pricing, and product category development.
• In-depth understanding of key financial metrics: P&L, ROI, margins, and inventory turnover.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and PSI planning.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strategic partnerships.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in Excel, Power BI, and other business analytics tools.
