What you’ll be doing:

• Full planning, setup, and independent management of advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others.
• Daily monitoring and analytics of performance indicators for each channel with prompt strategy adjustments and cost optimization.
• Formation and systematic optimization of the semantic core for different GEOs and product groups.
• Optimization of campaigns by key metrics: CPI, CPA, CPU, CPL with a focus on achieving target KPIs.
• Campaign performance analytics, reporting, conclusions and plans for further growth.
• Initiating hypotheses, structuring them and conducting A/B tests with subsequent implementation of results.
• Responsibility for meeting personal and company KPIs.
• Participation in the development and improvement of internal marketing automation and analytics tools.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in Digital/PPC with proven results (preferably in e-commerce).
• Deep understanding of how Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other advertising systems work.
• Confident use of analytical tools.
• Skills in independent planning, time management, task management, and preparation of regular reports.
• Understanding of how to build an effective performance strategy and achieve the necessary business metrics through the strongest digital channels.
• High level of self-organisation and responsibility.
• Proactivity and ability to find solutions, not problems.
• Team spirit and openness to dialogue.
