What you’ll be doing:

• Formation and development of the spare parts assortment
• Market, competitor, and price positioning analysis
• Determination of product strategy and category roadmap
• Product life cycle management (launch, development, optimization, withdrawal)
• Control of category margins and profitability
• Procurement planning based on sales forecasts
• Negotiations with suppliers, agreement on prices and terms
• Control of balances, turnover, and inventory
• Optimization of procurement processes
• Execution of sales and revenue plans
• Formulation of pricing policy
• Development of sales promotion mechanisms
• Sales analysis (ABC, margin, turnover, liquidity)
• Close cooperation with the sales department to achieve KPIs.

• Experience as a category manager/product manager
• Understanding of procurement and inventory management
• Experience in sales management or close interaction with the commercial function.
