What you’ll be doing:

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic operations leader to scale and optimize our production and logistics network for refurbished smartphones and laptops across 3 countries.

This includes 4 key verticals: Logistics, Warehouse, Grading, Upgrading (Repairs), and Warranty — managing a production footprint of over 3,000 m² and a regional team of 150+ people, including site managers and process owners.

You will be responsible for operational excellence across the full lifecycle: from inbound logistics to certified upgrade, and warranty services — processing up to 1 million devices annually.

• Strategic Operations Management:
• Own and execute a multi-site operational roadmap aligned with Breezy’s aggressive growth goals.
• Set unified standards and KPIs across all 3 sites (Poland, Kazakhstan, Ukraine).
• Identify and implement automation, robotics, and predictive maintenance across all production lines.
• Production Oversight:
• Ensure efficient grading and repair operations (Apple diagnostics, industry 5.0 standards).
• Implement Lean/Kaizen/Toyota DAO methodologies.
• Scale upgrade capacity and throughput from 250 to 500+ devices/day.
• Team Leadership:
• Manage site leads: Grading, Repair, Warehouse, Logistics.
• Build a performance-driven culture: dashboards, daily stand-ups, root cause analysis, 5S.
• Financial and Compliance Control:
• Full responsibility over operations OPEX.• Drive cost-efficiency without compromising quality.
• Maintain ISO standards, legal compliance, and customer SLAs.
• Customer & Partner Interface:
• Collaborate with global distributors, telcos and retailers.
• Ensure smooth reverse logistics and high NPS on warranty resolution.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 5+ years in large-scale production or logistics, ideally in consumer electronics or similar fast-paced environment as a builder and optimiser.
• Experienced in multi-country management, ideally in CEE or CIS.
• Passionate about continuous improvement: Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen are second nature.
• Fluent in English; Russian (for Kazakhstan); Ukrainian or Polish is a plus.
• MS Excel (advanced)
• AutoCAD / SketchUp (for layout & production design)
• RP/WMS systems (experience with rollout is a plus)
