Breezy strengthens leadership team for its next stage of growth

Breezy, a part od ASBIS Group, is strengthening its executive leadership team as the company enters a new stage of development, focused on closer synergies with ASBIS Group and new growth opportunities. 

Since its launch, Breezy has grown into an international business with deep expertise in trade-in, refurbishment and the secondary electronics ecosystem. The company’s next stage is a natural continuation of this development — bringing Breezy’s expertise together with the scale, infrastructure and international reach of its parent company, ASBIS Group. 

This closer synergy opens new opportunities for expansion, scaling existing business lines and developing new ones. To capture them, Breezy is adding new competencies and perspectives to its management team. 

Dmytro Bova appointed CEO of Breezy

Dmytro Bova joins Breezy as Chief Executive Officer. 

Dmytro brings more than 16 years of leadership experience across retail, e-commerce, consumer electronics and FMCG. Having held COO, CEO and Group CEO roles across Central and Eastern Europe, Italy, Central and Southern Asia, and the Caucasus, he brings extensive experience in scaling businesses across diverse international markets. 

As CEO, Dmytro will lead Breezy’s strategic direction, international growth, cross-functional collaboration, innovation and execution of the company’s long-term vision. 

Breezy has built a strong business, a highly experienced team and distinctive expertise in a market with significant growth potential. We are now entering a stage where we can build on these strengths while leveraging the scale, infrastructure and international reach of ASBIS Group much more effectively. My priority is to turn these advantages into sustainable growth — scaling what already works, capturing new opportunities and strengthening Breezy’s position across our markets. I look forward to leading this next chapter together with the team.

Andrii Kosar takes on the role of Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member 

Andrii Kosar, Co-founder of Breezy, takes on the role of Chief Strategy Officer and Board Member, focusing on long-term strategy, strategic partnerships, international expansion, M&A and new business opportunities.

New expertise across finance, operations and commercial development 

The executive team is further strengthened by experienced leaders bringing additional expertise across three key business areas. 

Andris Brikskis — Chief Financial Officer

Andris will lead the Breezy’s financial strategy, strengthen financial governance and support sustainable growth across business units. 

Andriy Honcharuk — Chief Operating Officer 

With more than 20 years of leadership experience across automotive, manufacturing and electronics, Andriy will lead the company operations with a focus on efficiency, scalability, process excellence and execution. 

Vladyslav Kryzhovskyi — Chief Commercial Officer

Vladyslav brings more than 20 years of experience in retail and distribution, including more than 14 years in commercial leadership. He will lead Breezy’s commercial strategy across markets, driving revenue growth, sales performance, strategic partnerships and new business opportunities.
