What you’ll be doing:
- Manage a chain of retail stores and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability in the retail sales department
- Analyze and optimize business processes across the retail network
- Expand the retail chain by opening new stores
- Drive performance across retail locations to meet key business goals
- Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the chain
- Build, lead, and develop a strong team; monitor service quality and team performance
- Ensure compliance with inventory safety procedures and organize regular audits and inventories

- Have 3+ years of proven experience managing a chain of electronics stores
- Take a systematic and strategic approach to business, with full ownership of results
- Possess strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset
- Have hands-on experience opening and launching new retail locations
