What you’ll be doing:

• Advise our customers and assist with device evaluation issues in online chats and the evaluation system;
• Analyse difficulties and find the best solutions;
• Prepare reports for management to analyse requests.

We’re a great match if you have:

• You are eager to learn and develop;
• You are responsible and quick at work;
• You love various gadgets and new technologies;
• You have good verbal and written communication skills;
• You can read technical documentation in English;
• Experience in communicating with customers in English would be an advantage;
• Experience in customer or technical support, call centers is an advantage.
• Ready for shift work schedule (2/2, 3/2, 4/2, etc.)
