What you’ll be doing:

• Requirements Gathering & Analysis
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into functional specifications.
• Map current processes and design optimized workflows using internal ERP modules.
• Document business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• System Design & Customization
• Collaborate with ERP consultants and developers to design and configure solutions.
• Validate feasibility of customizations and integrations.
• Ensure alignment of system functionality with business processes.
• Testing & Validation
• Define acceptance criteria and support QA/testing activities.
• Assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with business stakeholders.
• Ensure data consistency and accuracy during migration.
• Change Management & Training
• Support end-users with documentation, manuals, and training sessions.
• Promote adoption and address resistance by demonstrating business value.
• Act as a key point of contact between IT and business units.
• Continuous Improvement
• Monitor system performance and gather user feedback post-implementation.
• Recommend enhancements and new ERP features to improve efficiency.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (ERP experience required).
• Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing.
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, process mapping and documentation.
• Experience with ERP implementation life cycle (from design to go-live). SAP, Oracle expertise are welcome.
• Familiar with API integration in multi-platform projects. Worked with Postman or similar.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• English intermediate technical.
• User training experience.
• Analytical and critical thinking.
• Strong problem-solving orientation.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Collaborative and cross-functional mindset.
• Effective communication across technical and non-technical audiences.
