Trade-in by Breezy is now available across 89 stores of Incredible Connection in South Africa

Customers of Africa’s largest consumer electronics and IT retailer can now exchange their old devices for instant value, making it easier and more affordable to upgrade to new technology.

At launch, eligible devices include smartphones (iOS and Android) and iPads, with MacBooks to follow soon. The trade-in value can be immediately applied toward the purchase of any product in Incredible Connection stores.

Fast, transparent, AI-powered Trade-in

Breezy ensures a fast, transparent and fully automated device evaluation based on over 55 indicators. The process uses AI-powered photo assessment for maximum accuracy, while Apple devices benefit from a unique diagnostic tool — implemented by Breezy for the first time in South Africa and Europe.

Currently, the trade-in program at Incredible is available only in-store, with an online version to be launched soon.
