Retail Sales Team Leader

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a chain of retail stores and ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase profitability in the retail sales department
  • Analyze and optimize business processes across the retail network
  • Expand the retail chain by opening new stores
  • Drive performance across retail locations to meet key business goals
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the chain
  • Build, lead, and develop a strong team; monitor service quality and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with inventory safety procedures and organize regular audits and inventories

  • Have 3+ years of proven experience managing a chain of electronics stores
  • Take a systematic and strategic approach to business, with full ownership of results
  • Possess strong negotiation skills and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Have hands-on experience opening and launching new retail locations
