What you’ll be doing:

• Monitor, set up, optimize, and standardize processes in the testing and diagnostics department, the service center, and the warehouse;
• Ensure that diagnostics and repair work are completed on time and to the required quality standards;
• Oversee reporting and inventory management at the service center warehouse and conduct periodic inventory counts;
• Analyze results regarding the number of diagnostics performed and repairs completed;
• Optimize departmental processes to reduce the time required to service a single device;
• Manage the warehouse, monitor inventory levels, and oversee procurement.

We’re a great match if you have:

• Experience managing a service center or department specializing in digital equipment;
• A technical education is an advantage;
• Experience in warehouse logistics and manufacturing;
• Strong management and organizational skills.
