What you’ll be doing:

• Developing and executing purchasing strategies 2nd life Business to achieve the company’s mid-term goal of becoming the leading company of 2nd life sales in UGCIS and generating net profit from operations.
• Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness. Find and building partnership with suppliers used electronics.
• Collaborating with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products.
• Review and maintain good record of purchasing files and records (purchase orders, contracts, etc.) to ensure its compliance with company policies and procedures and ensure the availability of documentation.
• Contract management to include all aspects (e.g. administer, review, manage, file, evaluate, analyze, and negotiate).
• Compile data from variety of sources for analyzing and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and monitoring of purchasing processes.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 2+ years experience in international purchases
• Experienced and skills in sphere of retail electronics and used devices
• Openness for business trips abroad
• Fluent in English
• Must be proficient in Excel
• Experience working with CRM systems.
