Breezy Has Launched a Retail in Moldova

Moldova has become the third country where Breezy has launched its online store. This follows the success of the brand's e-commerce platforms in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, where thousands of devices are sold monthly. The expansion of Breezy's retail presence in Moldova marks an expectable step in the company's growth within the Central and Eastern European region.

A wide array of choice

The Breezy online store offers a wide selection of popular models from brands like Apple, Samsung, Xiaomi, Huawei, Oppo and others, with prices starting at just 439 lei. The devices are categorized into four grades based on their condition, cosmetic defects and included accessories: A+ (like new), A (excellent), B (good) and C (acceptable).

"This variety allows customers to choose a phone that fits their needs and budget. The Breezy store makes top-notch technology more accessible to customers in Moldova, offering original equipment of leading global brands at prices up to 60% lower than similar new devices. At the same time, these devices are fully functional and have a warranty of up to one year. We mean a basic warranty that comes at no additional cost," commented Mykhailo Myronov, General Manager at Breezy Moldova.

High Quality

Regardless of the assigned grade, all phones are fully functional. Breezy's technical experts inspect each device against 55 criteria at our high-tech production facility in Europe, which holds three international quality certifications: ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 14001 for minimizing environmental impact, and ISO 27001 for information security management.

Quality Control

The inspection covers the device's cosmetics, microphone functionality, all speakers and cameras, battery and displaycondition, call quality, internet and Bluetooth connections and many other aspects. Diagnostics are conducted using Breezy's automated program, AI+Human evaluation technologies, and Apple-certified diagnostics  –  a tool Breezy was the first to implement in Europe. This comprehensive process ensures consistently high-quality equipment and allows us to offer a basic warranty of up to one year.

"Launching an online store is a logical step in developing omnichannel sales in each country where Breezy operates. Previously, our devices were available only through Maximum chain stores in Moldova. The strong demand for our products confirmed the high potential of the used gadget market in this region and motivated us to expand further. Our online store will enable us to scale our business in Moldova and eventually explore other sales channels, including traditional retail with brick-and-mortar stores in Chisinau," said Ruslan Tomaschuk, Omnichannel Leader at Breezy.

Remember that Breezy has been operating in Moldova since the beginning of 2023. The company provides a Trade-In service, allowing customers to use their devices to pay for purchases at all Orange and Moldcell service centers and in the stores of Apple's authorized reseller, iSpace. In June of the same year, refurbished Breezy phones became available in Maximum retail.
