What you’ll be doing:

• Managing the network of stores and ensuring KPI achievement
• Developing and implementing measures to increase the profitability of retail sales
• Analysing and improving business processes within the retail network
• Expanding the retail network by opening new stores
• Developing initiatives to ensure compliance with key performance indicators for retail stores
• Ensuring a high level of service across the network
• Building and developing a team while monitoring service quality standards among staff
• Ensuring adherence to procedures and standards for inventory safety, organising and conducting scheduled inventories.

We’re a great match if you have:

• Have at least 3 years of successful experience managing an electronics store network
• Have a systematic approach to work, strategic business vision, and take responsibility for results
• Possess negotiation skills and achieve goals
• Have experience in opening new stores
