What you’ll be doing:

Position Mission:

As our General Manager, you’ll be the key driver of Breezy’s success across the country. You’ll shape the company’s strategy for the markets, strengthen partnerships, boosting profitability and lead a passionate team toward ambitious goals. This is your chance to influence the local tech ecosystem and make a real impact on sustainability.

• Develop and implement Breezy’s growth strategy for Poland
• Achieve financial targets (gross profit, net profit) and ensure operational excellence
• Build long-term relationships with clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and business process optimization
• Inspire and manage a high-performing team
• Represent Breezy in external environments and industry events.

We’re a great match if you have:

• 5+ years of successful experience in a similar position in Consumer Electronics industry
• Expertise in Poland regulations, tax legislation, and financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of management accounting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet)
• Experience in Lean principles, strategic planning, and project management (Agile, SCRUM)
• Excellent negotiation skills; short- and long-term procurement and sales planning skills;
• Focus on the achievement of results, stress tolerance, leadership qualities, good analytical skills, a systematic approach to work, independence, and responsibility in decision
• Marketing fundamentals and understanding of local consumer behavior
• Fluent English
