What you’ll be doing:

• Management of the TIO (Trade-In Operators) network within partner retail chains and telecom operators;
• Regular visits to retail locations, monitoring operations, and providing on-site support to TIOs;
• Organizing and conducting training sessions for partner network employees on Trade-In processes;
• Operational support for partners;
• Ensuring correct and timely delivery of purchased devices from partners to the Breezy warehouse;
• Supporting the creation and maintenance of partner accounts;
• Analyzing the effectiveness of the partner network and developing initiatives to improve performance indicators;
• Forecasting the volume and quality of devices received through the Trade-In program;
• Initiating and overseeing marketing and incentive programs aimed at increasing buyback volumes;
• Organizing meetings and coordinating communication between partners and Breezy’s internal departments (IT, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, etc.);
• Building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships.

We’re a great match if you have:

• Knowledge and understanding of the consumer electronics market;
• Understanding of sales technologies and processes in retail stores;
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles;
• Knowledge of techniques for handling customer objections;
• Understanding of the 6- or 7-step retail sales process.
• Strong negotiation and business communication skills;
• Analytical mindset and systems thinking;
• Ability to work in a team and build productive relationships with partners.
