What you’ll be doing:
- Manage the service center with the prospect of expanding the team to 10+ specialists
- Monitor KPIs, SLAs, defects, and returns
- Optimize processes, CRM knowledge
- Manage workload and repair priorities
- Monitor repair efficiency, productivity, and quality
We’re a great match if you have:
- 2+ years of experience managing a service center
- Experience working with CRM and accounting systems
- Ability to calculate service indicators and manage a team of 10+ specialists
- Experience in smartphone and/or laptop repair is desirable
- Proficient Excel
- Experience in implementing and managing KPIs and SLAs in a service department: repair times, quality, returns, staff workload.
