What you’ll be doing:
- Enhancing and adapting the company’s strategy to the specifics of the local market;
- Ensuring achievement of target KPIs (Trade-in share within partner networks, revenue, gross profit, inventory turnover);
- Managing sales operations (target achievement, business process development, motivation systems, KPIs, accounting and automation);
- Defining pricing and assortment strategies;
- Overseeing the development and operational performance of Trade-in processes in Kazakhstan;
- Driving the development of new product categories and sales channels, including identifying new growth opportunities, analyzing market conditions, and defining the most effective and promising areas for expansion;
- Monitoring and analyzing financial performance to support strategic and operational decision-making;
- Managing efficiency, development, control, and optimization of business processes impacting results (grading center processes, interactions with partners, suppliers, customers, and sales departments);
- Planning sales and procurement, developing sales plans to achieve margin and inventory turnover targets;
- Managing inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and turnover;
- Building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and clients;
- Developing commercial proposals and conducting negotiations and presentations;
- Planning, managing, and organizing the work of teams and assigned departments;
- Building and developing a strong professional team.
We’re a great match if you have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial, Category, or Operations Director in the consumer electronics sector;
- Experience in Trade-in or refurbished electronics (a strong advantage);
- Experience working with private label products (STM) is a plus.
