What you’ll be doing:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

We are looking for an ambitious and strategic operations leader to scale and optimize our production and logistics network for refurbished smartphones and laptops across 3 countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This includes 4 key verticals: Logistics, Warehouse, Grading, Upgrading (Repairs), and Warranty<\/strong> \u2014 managing a production footprint of over 3,000 m\u00b2<\/strong> and a regional team of 150+ people<\/strong>, including site managers and process owners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will be responsible for operational excellence across the full lifecycle: from inbound logistics to certified upgrade, and warranty services \u2014 processing up to 1 million devices annually.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • Strategic Operations Management:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Own and execute a multi-site operational roadmap aligned with Breezy’s aggressive growth goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Set unified standards and KPIs across all 3 sites (Poland, Kazakhstan, Ukraine<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify and implement automation, robotics, and predictive maintenance across all production lines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Production Oversight:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure efficient grading and repair operations (Apple diagnostics, industry 5.0 standards).<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Implement Lean\/Kaizen\/Toyota DAO methodologies.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Scale upgrade capacity and throughput from 250 to 500+ devices\/day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Team Leadership:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage site leads: Grading, Repair, Warehouse, Logistics.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build a performance-driven culture: dashboards, daily stand-ups, root cause analysis, 5S.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Financial and Compliance Control:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Full responsibility over operations OPEX.\u2022 Drive cost-efficiency without compromising quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Maintain ISO standards, legal compliance, and customer SLAs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Customer & Partner Interface:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Collaborate with global distributors, telcos and retailers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure smooth reverse logistics and high NPS on warranty resolution.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019re a great match if you have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 5+ years in large-scale production or logistics, ideally in consumer electronics or similar fast-paced environment as a builder and optimiser.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experienced in multi-country management, ideally in CEE or CIS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Passionate about continuous improvement: Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen are second nature.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Fluent in English; Russian (for Kazakhstan); Ukrainian or Polish is a plus.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • MS Excel (advanced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • AutoCAD \/ SketchUp (for layout & production design)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • RP\/WMS systems (experience with rollout is a plus)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
