We are looking for an experienced General <\/strong>Manager to lead Breezy\u2019s business across Moldova.<\/p>\n\n\n\nWe also consider candidates from other locations<\/strong> and provide relocation support<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n- Lead commercial and operational performance across all business streams: Trade-In, Refurb, Retail and E-commerce \u2014 ensuring delivery of revenue, profit, and cost-efficiency KPIs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Oversee the full supply chain, including device intake, grading, packaging, logistics, and aftersales operations \u2014 maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and speed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Manage financial and operational discipline, ensuring robust budgeting, accurate forecasting, optimized working capital, and efficient cash conversion in compliance with Breezy Group reporting and governance standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Prepare and defend annual budgets and strategic plans before Breezy HQ and the Board, aligning operational priorities with profitability and capitalization goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Build and empower a strong team, ensuring clear accountability and synergy across Sales, Operations, Refurb, and Finance functions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Promote and uphold Breezy\u2019s core values \u2014 Leadership, Synergy = One Team,ClientCentricity, Professionalism, and Responsibility \u2014 ensuring these principles guide all business decisions, internal culture, and partner relations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Represent Breezy Moldova externally, participating in key industry exhibitions, trade conferences, and networking events to promote Breezy\u2019s brand, partnerships, and circular economy mission in Moldova.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Foster innovation and data-driven excellence, supporting adoption of AI-based diagnostics, ERP automation, and digital reporting tools to enhance transparency and scalability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Maintain transparent and regular communication with Breezy HQ.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
We\u2019re a great match if you have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n- 5+ years of successful experience in a similar leadership role (General Manager \/ Country Manager \/ Regional Head) within the Consumer Electronics industry.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Strong expertise in Moldova regulations, tax legislation, and financial reporting standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Solid knowledge of management accounting (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet) and performance management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Experience applying Lean principles, as well as strategic planning and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Excellent negotiation and commercial skills, including short- and long-term procurement and sales planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Strong results orientation with high level of ownership and accountability<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- High level of stress resilience and ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, changing environments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Strong analytical skills and a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Independence and confidence in decision-making, with a proactive mindset<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Understanding of marketing fundamentals and local consumer behavior in Moldova<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Fluent in Russian<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Romanian language is desirable<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- English \u2013 upper-intermediate+<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
