What you’ll be doing:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Protect profitability, cash flow, and financial discipline across all countries and business channels<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure breakeven and profitability control by country and business unit<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Improve working capital efficiency and cash conversion cycle<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build strong financial control and management reporting systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Improve planning, forecasting, and financial visibility<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support sustainable business growth through clear investment and capital allocation rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strengthen financial governance and accountability across the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Financial Leadership & Control<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build, standardize, and strengthen the financial control framework across all group entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure accurate and timely management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor profitability, margins, EBITDA, cash flow, and operational KPIs across countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Implement financial policies, controls, and procedures to support scalable international operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive financial transparency and accountability throughout the organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Establish performance monitoring systems and financial dashboards for executive management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Cash Flow & Working Capital Management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead group cash flow planning and liquidity management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Improve working capital performance, including receivables, payables, and inventory management<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Optimize cash conversion cycle and funding efficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure financial discipline and operational control over expenditures and investments<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Strategic Finance & Capital Raising<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop and execute the company\u2019s financing and capital strategy<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, auditors, and external advisors<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead negotiations related to credit facilities, financing structures, and banking partnerships<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Prepare the business for external investment, fundraising, and financial due diligence<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Identify and attract potential investors and strategic financial partners<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support investment analysis, business case evaluation, and strategic growth initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • International Finance Management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide functional leadership to finance teams across 8 countries<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Standardize financial processes, reporting structures, and governance practices across regions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax requirements, and corporate standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support international expansion and operational scaling initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead and develop a high-performing international finance organization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Audit, Compliance & Risk Management<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee accounting, tax, audit, and compliance activities across the group<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Lead financial risk management initiatives, including currency, liquidity, and operational risk controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate external audits and maintain relationships with auditors and regulatory bodies<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Business Partnership & Operational Support<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Partner with executive leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Provide financial analysis and recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Support automation, ERP optimization, and finance process improvements<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Participate in transformation and performance improvement initiatives across the business<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019re a great match if you have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • 10+ years of progressive experience in finance leadership roles, including Finance Director or Group CFO positions<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven experience managing international finance operations across multiple countries and legal entities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong background in financial control, FP&A, cash flow management, and working capital optimization<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience raising capital, managing banking relationships, and working with investors or investment funds<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proven track record of building scalable financial processes and governance structures<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience working in dynamic, fast-growing, retail, distribution, manufacturing, or operationally intensive businesses<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong understanding of corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience leading and developing multicultural finance teams<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience with ERP systems and finance automation initiatives<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification is considered a strong advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • English \u2014 fluent \/ professional working proficiency<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Russian \u2014 fluent or native level (mandatory)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Greek \u2014 would be considered a strong advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong commercial and strategic thinking<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Advanced financial analysis and decision-making capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Deep understanding of international financial operations and controls<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent leadership and team development capabilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong communication and presentation skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n
