What you’ll be doing:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Trade-In Operators (TIO) Network Management and Partner Relations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • Organize and manage the TIO network within partner locations\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Analyze partner performance and develop action plans to improve efficiency and stimulate product repurchase; ensure the implementation of these plans\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Maintain ongoing communication with partners to increase the volume of accepted goods and improve network quality\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Forecast network performance in terms of volume and quality;\u00a0participate\u00a0in planning for goods acceptance\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Act as Breezy\u2019s primary contact for partners; organize meetings and coordinate cross-functional collaboration with IT, finance, accounting, marketing, and other departments to effectively resolve issues and drive volume growth\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Build and\u00a0maintain\u00a0long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with partners\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Sales Stimulation and Marketing Support<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Initiate and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, incentive programs, and motivational projects aimed at increasing the volume of accepted technology\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Organize and manage mutual settlements with partners\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Training and Process Excellence<\/strong>\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ensure\u00a0a high level\u00a0of knowledge and competence among TIO\u00a0staff\u00a0 regarding\u00a0Trade-in processes by organizing and delivering training programs for partner company employees\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      We\u2019re a great match if you have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • A\u00a0Bachelor degree\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Similar experience or has spent the last few years developing services or additional products (insurance products, gadget customization packages, antivirus, etc.),\u00a0in retail chains, in a retailer’s company team or in a service provider company\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Personal successful sales experience in the field of consumer electronics and\/or services (insurance, additional services) as a sales consultant, store director or regional manager, supervisor is a must.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Fluent English and Polish\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • MS office MS Excel\u00a0(proficient), 1\u0421, \u0421RM\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge of sales techniques and stages, at the selection stage it is important to know the 6 or 7 stage system of sales in the retail channel (preparatory stage, establishing contact, identifying the need, presentation, selling additional products, closing the deal, working with objections)\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Knowledge of techniques and methods of working with objections\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
