What you’ll be doing:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Adapt the company\u2019s strategy to the specific conditions of the country;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be responsible for achieving target metrics (trade-in share in partner networks, revenue, gross profit, inventory turnover);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage sales (meeting targets, establishing business processes, employee motivation, KPIs, record-keeping, and workflow automation);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be responsible for the development and operational functioning of trade-in processes within the country;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be responsible for the development of new product categories and sales channels, including identifying new growth opportunities, analyzing market conditions, and identifying the most effective and promising areas for development;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Monitor and analyze financial indicators to inform management decisions and support strategic and operational management;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Be responsible for the effectiveness, development, control, and optimization of business processes that impact results (processes involving interactions with partners, suppliers, customers, and sales departments);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with partners and customers;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop commercial proposals and conduct negotiations and presentations;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Build a professional team and develop employees;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Administrative management of the company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    We\u2019re a great match if you have:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
      \n
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Commercial, Category, or Operations Director in the consumer electronics sector;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience in Trade-in or refurbished electronics (a strong advantage);<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Experience working with private label products (STM) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
